What we collect
When you use a form on this site, we collect the details you type into it: your name, email address, phone number where given, and the content of your message or enquiry.
We also collect a booking request's dates, guest numbers and chosen stay when you send one.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a stay, hire or retreat, and to send you news if you have asked for it.
We rely on your consent for marketing emails, and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries for everything else.
Who we share it with
Our website and database hosting providers, and our email provider. We do not sell your information.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email hello.midsummermeadowretreat@gmail.com and we will respond.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
