A £100 refundable security deposit is taken with your final balance to cover minor accidental damage or breakages during your stay. Our aim is always to return your deposit in full. We simply ask that you treat Midsummer Meadow and everything within it with the same care you would your own home. Following your stay, the deposit will be returned provided no deductions are required.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. A minimum two-night stay applies. We'll send everything you need a few days before you arrive.
We're in Inkberrow, Worcestershire. You'll get full directions with your booking.
Woodland Barn and Appletree Lodge both have somewhere to cook.
Book direct with us. A 50% deposit is taken by secure card payment to secure your stay, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, your 50% deposit is non-refundable and no further payment is due. If you cancel 30 days or fewer before arrival, the full cost of the stay is payable and no refund is due. If we are able to re-let your dates, we will refund what we recover for them, less any costs we have already incurred. Read our full Terms and Conditions.

Woodland Barn has disabled access. Appletree Lodge is reached up a hill via a woodland pathway. If you have particular needs, tell us and we'll talk it through honestly.
Woodland Barn has Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi may be available around the site and is optional on request at the Lodge, free of charge.
