A quiet place to land.

Woodland Barn is an open-plan retreat space on the edge of the trees. It has space to cook, to sit and to do very little at all.

Step outside into your own private garden, which looks straight onto the woodland.

About 20 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon and 25 from Broadway and the Cotswolds, with views of the Malvern Hills in the distance from Appletree Lodge. What's nearby

Refundable security deposit

A £100 refundable security deposit is taken with your final balance to cover minor accidental damage or breakages during your stay. Our aim is always to return your deposit in full. We simply ask that you treat Midsummer Meadow and everything within it with the same care you would your own home. Following your stay, the deposit will be returned provided no deductions are required.

Book direct with us. A 50% deposit is taken by secure card payment to secure your stay, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, your 50% deposit is non-refundable and no further payment is due. If you cancel 30 days or fewer before arrival, the full cost of the stay is payable and no refund is due.
